工作研究在大蒜种植中的应用
摘 要
论文针对农业中大蒜生产的工序、作业和动作等，从现代农业生产的角度出发，采用定性和定量向结合的系统分析方法，综合运用作业测定的多种现代管理理论和方法，对大蒜生产中的不合理之处进行改善。本文首先应用了程序分析中的流程程序分析对大蒜生产的流程进行调整改善，并起到了立竿见影的效果，而后应用动素分析分析改善了大蒜刨成蒜瓣的作也及用MOD法分析改善了栽种蒜瓣的作也，均起到了很好的效果。最后对大蒜种植过程的改善效果进行总结。总体来说本文对大蒜生产的改善降低了蒜农们的劳动强度、降低了大蒜生产成本、提高了大蒜生产的效率和提高了蒜农们种蒜的积极性。也就是说，本文的完成对大蒜生产起到了很好的效果。
