摘要
新闻纪录片是一种特殊的艺术形式。它的特殊之处就在于，它既非单纯的新闻，也非单纯的纪录片，而是两者的有机结合。责任和影响力是新闻纪录片最重要的品性，这对民族文化传承、历史变迁、价值判断标准都具有文献性、纪实性的档案作用。
本文以新闻学、传播学和文艺学的理论为基础，从新闻纪录片不同时期的时代特征、创作观念、创作手法、审美取向、实践能力等方面对新闻纪录片创作的讯息载体与创新及其产生的传播效果作了初步探讨，提出新闻性和艺术性兼顾是新闻纪录片必须遵从的原则，时代性与社会性并重是新闻纪录片创作的所应肩负的社会责任。希望通过本文能与新闻纪录片广大从业人员或对此有兴趣的朋友共同提高对新闻纪录片创作的认识和理解。
本文共分五个部分，以新闻纪录片的发展背景、历史变革、呈现方式、传播途径为缘起来阐述新闻纪录片讯息载体及其传播效果和其创作所应承载的新闻文化特征、秉承的社会责任，进而引导、鼓舞广大人民群众，使他们在对社会现状有所了解的同时改变自己已有的思想和观念。

Abstract
News documentary is a special art form. It special is that it is neither pure news, but also non-pure documentary, but the organic combination of both. Responsibility and influence is the newsreel most important character, which is the national cultural heritage, historical changes, the value criteria have literature, documentary files role.
In this paper, based on the theory of journalism, communication studies and literary theory, the message carrier authoring News Documentary News Documentary different periods of the characteristics of the times, creative ideas, creative approach, aesthetic orientation, practical ability and innovation its generated dissemination of results discussed primarily presented information and artistry into account must comply with the principles of the news documentary, both times is the the News Documentary creation of the society should shoulder the responsibility. I hope this article with the the news documentaries majority practitioners or friends who are interested to improve awareness and understanding of the creation of news documentaries.
This paper is divided into five parts, the background to the development of news documentaries, historical change, presentation, route of transmission to edge up on the news documentary message carrier and its spread effect and its creation should be the bearer of news and cultural characteristics, adhering to social responsibility, thus guided, encouraged by the broad masses of the people, to make them change their existing ideas and concepts in the understanding of the social status quo.
